The power of who you are is only in this present moment ,it is the presence that does no thinking ,because no thinking is necessary.The ego or the mind can not know the truth of all that is and that is who you are and who you have always have been ,there is only this ....and consciousness knows everything that is needed to be known as it happens ,but it only happens NOW and in the absence of thought .Thought is the mind thinking it is knowledgeable and maybe it does know some interesting facts ,but it can not ever be used to know the truth of who you are .
Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is within you ,and Buddha said enlightenment is emptiness ,TAO refers to " The One Law that Permeates Everything " Once you know who you are ,you can not be separate from anyone or anything ,because you never have been .The truth is so obvious that it is known as the Open secret ,No thing or nothing has ever been hidden from you ,only the perception of who you are is hidden by the busy mind that is always finding fault with everything and does not see what is right in front of you and everyone .Eventually you come to see that the more miserable that you are ,in a way the better of you are ,because in that way ,you may come to a point where ,you are just so miserable that you become aware of the difference between the mind ,that has to think all the time and never stops ,mostly negative thoughts and is always trying to find something wrong with this moment .
Have you ever noticed that there is an awareness,that is aware of the thoughts and that that awareness,really is the only truth of who you are and is and can never be wrong ,because this present moment is prefect ,and can not be any other way. This is something that nobody can understand ,but can be known,and shared ,and never is the same and never gets boring ,only the mind needs to be entertained ,When the thinking is not necessary to define you as who you are ,it starts to be of less important ,and all of this ,stars to be seen and all there is is beauty ,love and truth .
